Orders are dispatched from our EU fulfilment centre and tracked door-to-door. We ship to qualified researchers across the European Union.
Every order is packed in tamper-evident packaging with protective cushioning. Each shipment includes a lot number and COA reference so you can trace the certificate back to the batch.
€5.95 flat rate. Delivered in 3–5 business days after dispatch. A tracking number is emailed as soon as your parcel leaves our facility. Free standard shipping on orders over €150.
We only ship to verified laboratory and research addresses. Products are labelled and packed for reference-material transport, not for consumer or therapeutic use.

Order processing
Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Bank-transfer orders are prepared once the funds clear. You will receive a dispatch email with tracking as soon as the parcel is handed to the courier.
Tracking & delivery
A tracking link is sent by email at dispatch. Delivery times are estimates from the handover date and exclude weekends or local public holidays. If a parcel is delayed by customs or the carrier, we will help trace it but cannot guarantee courier timelines.
Customs & compliance
All shipments include a commercial invoice describing the contents as research reference materials. It is the buyer's responsibility to confirm that the import and possession of the ordered compound is lawful in the destination country. We are not responsible for customs seizures, duties, or import restrictions.
Returns & replacements
We offer one-time replacements for products damaged in transit only. Damage claims must include photographic evidence of the parcel and vial, and are reviewed within 48 hours. Reconstituted products are not eligible for replacement. We do not offer refunds for change of mind. See our Terms of Service for full details.
