Your rights under the GDPR
We process personal data as a controller under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Our legal bases are: performance of a contract (processing and shipping your order), legal obligation (tax, accounting, and record-keeping duties), legitimate interests (fraud prevention, site security, service improvement, and measuring our advertising), and consent (where you subscribe to marketing emails).
If you are located in the EU, EEA, Switzerland, or the UK you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you and receive a copy;
- have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected;
- have your data erased where we no longer have a lawful basis to keep it;
- restrict or object to processing, including processing based on legitimate interests;
- receive your data in a portable, machine-readable format;
- withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing that already took place; and

International transfers. Some of our processors (for example payment, hosting, email, and advertising-measurement providers) may process data outside the EEA. Where that happens we rely on an adequacy decision or on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses together with additional safeguards.

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Order records may be retained as required by tax and commerce regulations.

Advertising and measurement (Meta Pixel)
We use the Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API to measure the performance of our advertising. We share the following with Meta:
- Hashed contact details — email, phone, first and last name, city, postal code and country are irreversibly hashed (SHA-256) in our servers before transmission. Raw email addresses and phone numbers are never sent to Meta.
- Technical identifiers — IP address, browser user agent and the Meta browser cookies
_fbpand_fbc, used to match an event to an ad click. - Event data — pages viewed, products viewed or added to cart, checkout steps and order value, currency and product identifiers.
This data is used solely to attribute and optimise our advertising — never to build profiles for third parties or to sell data. We rely on our legitimate interest in measuring our own advertising, and you can object at any time by emailing privacy@prestigepeptides.com, by using your browser's tracking-protection or cookie settings, or by adjusting your Meta ad preferences.
